These are the terms for using Bark.AI, made by Fourier Pet. Using the app means you agree to them. Last updated 29 October 2026.

Early access

Bark.AI is in early access. Things will change, some features will come and go, and now and then something will break. We'll fix it as fast as we can, and we'll tell you before anything changes that affects your dog's thread or your data.

What Bark.AI is, and isn't

Bark.AI is a wellness companion and activity monitor. It turns readings from a collar tracker into a text thread, compares your dog's day with their own normal, and tells you when something looks unusual. It is not a veterinarian and not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you're worried about your dog, call your vet. If it's an emergency, do that first and read the thread later.

Your account

You need to be an adult to have an account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account, as many dogs as you like.

Your content

What you tell Bark.AI about your dog, your messages, and your dog's readings are yours. You give us permission to use them only to run Bark.AI for you, as described in our privacy policy. Your dog's replies are written by Bark.AI from that content and are yours to keep and share.

Our content

Bark.AI, its name, its logo, its design and the way it writes belong to Fourier Pet. You can use them in the app. Please don't copy them, scrape the service, or try to break into it.

Texts

If you add your phone number, you're asking your dog to text it. Your carrier's normal rates apply. Reply STOP to turn texts off at any time.

Ending it

You can leave any time. Write to hello@fourierpet.com and we'll delete your account and its data. We can close an account that breaks these terms or harms other people or the service, and we'll say why.

What we can't promise

Bark.AI is provided as it is, during early access, with no guarantee that it will always be available or always right. Readings depend on a collar tracker, a phone network and a dog, and all three have off days. To the extent the law allows, Fourier Pet isn't liable for losses that come from relying on Bark.AI, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us, which during early access is nothing. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that can't be waived.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect, and the date at the top will change.
